Menopause at Work

Help your people feel understood, SEEN, and supported through perimenopause and menopause, so they can keep doing the work they're great at

many of your employees are going through this
at work

Perimenopause and menopause usually arrive in the middle of a career, often at the point when work and life are at their fullest. Poor sleep, brain fog, hot flashes and shifts in mood can make a capable, experienced person start to doubt themselves.

Most don't talk about it. Many aren't sure what is happening. Others worry about how they will be perceived if they bring it up.  And many managers want to help but don't know what to say.

A little understanding goes a long way. When people have clear information and a shared language, the conversation gets easier, and so does the work.

Menopause Awareness & education
for the workplace

Sessions for employees, people leaders, or both.  Delivered in person or virtually: keynotes, wellness-day sessions, workshops, or lunch & learns.

Participants leave with:

  • A clear understanding of perimenopause and menopause, and how symptoms can show up at work

  • When to seek support and from whom

  • Language to start supportive conversations, for employees and the people who lead them

Every session is tailored to your audience and goals.

Looking for something beyond a single talk? Let's talk about what your team needs.

My work focuses on perimenopause and menopause, helping people understand what is happening in their bodies throughout this transition and what they can do to support themselves not only today, but in the decades to follow.  I bring that same clarity to workplaces, so employees feel supported and leaders know how to help.
