The Confidence Series is a 4-part educational and transformational program designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body, make informed health choices, and connect with a supportive community of women navigating the same journey.

What You’ll Learn

Each session is one hour long (join a group live in-person or join a virtual group) and focuses on a key areas of perimenopause with introductions to my signature pillars of Perimenopause to help you navigate this transition with more confidence, choice, and connection:

📌 Session 1: Hormones 101

  • What’s happening before, during, and after perimenopause

  • Intro to menopause hormone therapy (MHT) & other options

  • Pillar: Understanding the Physiology

📌 Session 2: Body Changes & Health

  • How perimenopause affects weight, metabolism, and bones

  • Nutrition and exercise for strength and longevity

  • Pillars: Physical Activity/Play

📌 Session 3: Sleep & Sex

  • Improving sleep quality and managing that 3AM wake up

  • Understanding changes to your pelvic organs and libido & reclaiming pleasure

  • Pillars: Purpose/Pleasure

📌 Session 4: Brain & Mental Health

  • Brain fog, mood swings, and mental well-being during menopause

  • The power of perspective, relationships, and support systems

  • Pillars: Perspective, People

4x 1 hour sessions led me- Dr. Laurie Alpert ND MSCP including 20-30 mins learning and 30+ minutes for discussion and Q&A - over $1000 value

💡 Live or Virtual (choose one) – Join a group in person or attend virtually from anywhere.

🎥 Recorded Sessions – All group participants will have access to the recording of the virtual educational content.  (Q&A portions will not be recorded or shared).

🌐 Private Community Access – Connect with others in a private Facebook group for ongoing discussion and support.

Hi, I’m Dr. Laurie Alpert ND MSCP

I offer people in perimenopause effective integrative and transformative health care that allows them to fully show up in midlife with confidence, clarity, and choice.  My mission is to challenge the normalization of suffering associated with the menopause transition in favour of a life of strength and hormonal harmony.  As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner I combine up-to-date evidence-based information, goal setting, and shared decision-making to guide those in perimenopause who feel confused or overwhelmed towards a life with more comfort, confidence, and connection.

BOTH SLEEP AND MENTAL HEALTH THROUGHOUT THE MENOPAUSE TRANSITION ARE OFTEN IMPACTED YEARS BEFORE YOUR FINAL MENSTRUAL CYCLE AND INVOLVES UNIQUE CONSIDERATIONS SPECIFIC TO THIS LIFE STAGE.
